Sorry to be a bore but this day is celebrated in France as la fete Nationale or more commonly as simply, "Quatorze juillet" (the 14th July). The greeting, if any would be "bonne fete". But lots of fun on the day which is a public holiday. Fairs, fireworks, dancing at a local bal populaire etc.
