Joyeuse Fete Nationale

Today is Bastille Day in France. The grand celebration!! If you are not sure what Bastille Day is or why it's even celebrated than please read ici!!

How will you be celebrating this fun and festive holiday? Will you decorate your home in the colors of the French flag?

Maybe you'll wear a festive scarf or liberty style cap? Tres chic, non?
Why be subtle, when you can wear the colors of the French flag so many ways?

Will you celebrate at home, or maybe have a nice dinner out at a French restaurant? If you are in France, will you be out to see all the amazing festivites such as the fly over shown above?

I usually celebrate by attending "Bastille Day on 60th" in NYC, but was not able to go this year. I think I will celebrate with a nice French meal out, and then maybe some macarons for dessert. YUMM!!!

Lucky me, I happened to pick and fall in love with the best puppy who just happened to be born on Bastille Day. So we will be celebrating his birthday as well today. He's so spoiled that he's already gotten into his birthday cake. Naughty boy!!

I know I'm late but I thoroughly enjoyed the pictures in this post-right down to that sweet naughty birthday boy!

We have a restaurant, Chez Pierre here in Tallahassee-an old brick house converted into more fabulousness than you can imagine-music, art, culinary perfection-when the legislators come to town there's no way to get in! (Greedy legislators!):0
